Why Become a Roadside Protect Member?

How Can I Get Roadside Protect For Free?
Roadside Protect Members may be able to get their coverage reimburseed by their car insurance or motor club!
Motor clubs (like AAA) are great if you’re traveling far from home, but calling a motor club for service often comes with long wait times. It’s often faster to call a tow company directly, or even get a friend to help out.
As a Roadside Protect Member, you’ll receive priority service in Henry, Spalding, Clayton, Butts, Newton, and Rockdale counties!
If you have towing or roadside assistance coverage through your insurance company or motor club, every six months you can submit a service request for reimbursement. We can provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. It’s that simple!

- 3 Roadside Assistance Services

Terms of Service: Roadside Protect Plans are a one-year agreement you can cancel at anytime, as long as you have not used any of your services for that term. If you cancel before a service is used, you will not pay the remaining months but you will lose any months already paid. If you cancel after a service has been completed, you will be required to pay for that service at regular service price along with any services that were performed before your one-year agreement is up. There are no refunds for prior months, or plans where service has been used. Proof of membership is required at time of service, and the member must be on location with the vehicle. Roadside Protect services can only be used on vehicles that are owned by the member or their immediate family (spouse, parents, children) as long as the member is on-site with the vehicle at the time service is requested and performed. Vehicles covered under this coverage include cars, trucks, and SUVs under 11,500 lbs GVW. Commercial vehicles, boats, motorcycles, or other on or off road equipment may not be covered or may require additional fees.
