This document authorizes Southern Style Towing L.L.C to tow illegally and/or improperly parked vehicles from stated private property. In accordance with GDPS regulations signs will be posted at least twenty-four (24) hours before any vehicle is towed. I understand that vehicles will be removed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

The cost for removal of the vehicle is $175 and not to exceed $850 based on vehicles weight and in correspondence with GDPS rate sheet prices may vary based on GDPS. And the charge of storage of the towed vehicle is $25 per day and will not exceed $75 per day with first 24hrs free storage. Per GDPS these rates may change and are subject to change without written notice.

The location of the impound facility is 1314 Brookwood Ave., Jackson, GA 30233 with an overflow being at 20 Price Drive W., Locust Grove, GA 30248. The hours of operation of the impoundment facility are Monday – Friday 9am-4pm.
